Neck Pain That Won't Go Away Is Costing You
Most neck pain gets worse when it goes untreated — or when it's treated with generic exercises and quick fixes that never address the real problem. You deserve better than that.
You're Missing Training Days
Generic PT Isn't Working
You're Worried It Could Get Worse
Stiffness, shooting pain, and limited range of motion are keeping you off the field, out of the gym, and away from the activities that matter most to you.
You've tried stretching, heat packs, and cookie-cutter programs — but without identifying the root cause, the pain keeps coming back every time you push yourself.
Untreated neck pain can lead to nerve involvement, chronic headaches, and long-term performance limitations. Waiting rarely makes it better — and often makes it harder to fix.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Blue Iron Physio operates on a self-pay, out-of-network model. This means no insurance limitations on session length, frequency, or treatment approach. Many patients find that the quality of one-on-one care and faster outcomes make self-pay the smarter investment — and some out-of-network plans may offer partial reimbursement.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session is a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We'll review your history, assess your movement and posture, identify the root cause of your neck pain, and walk you through a personalized plan before you leave.
How long does neck pain physical therapy take?
Every case is different, but most patients see meaningful progress within 4–8 weeks of consistent treatment. Your Doctor of PT will set clear, objective milestones so you always know where you are in your recovery.
I'm an athlete — is Blue Iron Physio right for me?
Absolutely. Our entire approach is built around athletes and active individuals. Whether you're a competitive hockey player, a marathon runner, a youth lacrosse athlete, or an active adult, we design your program around your sport, your performance goals, and your timeline.
What techniques do you use to treat neck pain?
Our Doctors of PT use a combination of manual therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and movement screening. Treatment is always individualized — we never use generic protocols.
