what to expect at your first appointment

When you arrive, you will be met at the front by your doctor and brought back to our private treatment room for the initial examination.

We will begin the initial assessment by getting to know you, understanding what your specific GOALS are, learning about your WHY for getting out of pain, and taking a detailed medical/injury history.

Following our initial discussion, we will perform a COMPREHENSIVE physical examination to learn about your specific movement limitations and to gain a better understanding of the ROOT CAUSE of your pain.

Throughout the session we will communicate our findings to you, answer any questions you have, and discuss the INTERACTION between pain, movement, nutrition, stress, and sleep.

At the conclusion of the appointment you will be given a clear diagnosis of your pain, exercises to begin performing at home, and a detailed PLAN to achieve your goals.
